The diets that actually ‘work’ in my opinion are very few. The Military diet is one of few that have proven true to me. I feel like most diets will work, you just have to follow through. Most people complain about them not working yet they have a few cheat days per week. I don’t think you should expect something to work when you’re not putting work into it. It’s like a wind up toy, do you expect it to start going if you don’t wind it up? If you stick to a healthy diet and follow through there’s no reason it shouldn’t work, the military diet works for my sisters and I. It’s one of the only diets I’d trust.
